University of Calgary Physical Education Graduate and 2 sport (volleyball and football) varsity athlete, decades of experience in leading young people at all levels of sport (grass roots up to collegiate athletics).

Randy’s fun positive approach to the game and life helps the girls to buy into the program early to deliver great results in their personal and team growth.  He’s trained and meticulous about the important technical aspects to teach an advanced skill properly and refine mechanics that help help performance and to keep the athlete healthy.
